Powell is an executive coach and trainer specializing in
professional development, transition management, and organizational
effectiveness. She has a unique blend of experience in
business, operations management, and professional development,
combined with a passion for adult learning, organizational
dynamics, and leadership. Her experience spans 15+ years
across several industries including pharmaceutical, professional
services, and high tech. She specializes in coaching, facilitation,
and training to solve problems, resolve conflict, implement
change, achieve results, strengthen communications, and
develop interpersonal strategies.
Vivienne holds a BS in Organizational Behavior, and a
Certificate in Corporate/Business Coaching from Corporate
CoachU International. Her unique perspective and approach

orientation to her coaching. She believes that the overall

individual, and she partners with groups or individuals
