 Cheryl is a professional development coach and workshop facilitator with expertise
in leadership development, effectiveness, and transition. She combines a strong
technical background with her passion for partnering with individuals to ensure
their success.
Her past leadership and technical experience combined with her career
consulting experience gives her real insight into the challenges facing
today’s employee. She received her M.A. in Organizational Coaching and B.A.
in Behavioral Science and Psychology from San Jose State University, and
holds a Certificate of Completion from the Coaches Training Institute, in
San Rafael, California. She has successfully created a portfolio career combining her skills
as a coach and trainer in the areas of leadership development, executive
coaching, and transition management as well as being a certified scuba instructor.
Cheryl has a reputation for having a direct, pragmatic style, as well as being
respectful and empathetic. She quickly creates trust and rapport while partnering
with her clients as they sort through opportunities, alternatives, and outcomes.
Her focus on realistic results, while challenging assumptions and perceived
barriers allows her clients to craft achievable, sustainable results.
